General Situation The active low pressure cell covers the lower South and the gulf of Thailand. The strong northeast monsoon across the Gulf affects the lower South continuous rain and the wind waves 2-3 meters high in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. Another strong high-pressure system from China covered the Southern China. It is expected cover upper Vietnam and Laos by tonight (3 Nov 2017) and will extend to upper Thailand by tomorrow (4 Nov 2017) leads to cool with windy and dropping 3-5?C in the North and the Northeast with dropping 2-4 C in the Central the East including Bangkok and its vicinity.
