General Situation The low-pressure cell covers the lower South and the Gulf of Thailand. Abundant rain still occurs over the South with possible torrential downpours much of the area while the wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore. People in the South (east coast) should beware of inshore surge.
A strong high-pressure system over upper Thailand. Cool spells drop with strong winds are forecast for the North and the Northeast. Light rain is expected in the upper Thailand.
