General Situation The weak high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea leading to cool spell by slight drop in temperature in the North and the Northeast. Fog also occurs in the morning. Outbreaks of rain spell will be likely in the East and the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity. The low-pressure cell covers Malaysia, and the northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf. Outbreaks of rain spell with heavy downpour are forecast mainly in the lower parts of the South.
Another moderate high pressure from China will cover upper Thailand during 18-21 November. Thundershowers chance will occur for the first period of pressure domination following with cooler spell dropping by 2-4 C. During that period, the northeast monsoon across the Gulf will intensify with more rain and stronger wind waves of 2 meters high in the South.
