General Situation The high-pressure system over Vietnam and the South China Sea. The easterly winds prevail with the humidity from the South China Sea across upper Thailand where rain spells will be likely including Bangkok and its vicinity. The upper North remains cool with fog in the morning. The northeast monsoon over the Gulf remains rain spell in the South. People in the lower South should beware of possible flash flood.

Another moderate high pressure from China will cover upper Thailand during 18-21 November. Thundershower chance will occur for the first period of pressure domination following with cooler spell dropping by 2-4 ?C. During that period, the northeast monsoon across the Gulf will intensify with more rain and stronger wind waves of 2 meters high in the South.
