The rather strong high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea leads to outbreaks of thundershower and gusty wind likely first before cool spells decreasing by 1-3 C and strong winds following. People stay safe and keep healthy. The northeast monsoon across the Gulf will intensify with more rain and isolated heavy downpours in the South. The wind waves in the Gulf become moderate about 2 meters high. All ships proceed with caution.
