General Situation The low-pressure cell has covered Bengal Bay. There remains isolated heavy rain over the lower Central and the upper South, but the rainfall volume reduces. Residents beware of possible flash flood. Isolated rain are still forecast in the upper country. The northeast monsoon still prevails across the Gulf leading to moderate wind waves about 2 meters high. All ships proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
Another rather strong high-pressure system will covers the Northeast by tomorrow (23 November). Outbreaks of cooler spells decreasing by 2-4 C is forecast. People stay safe and keep healthy.
