The northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand and the South will strength leading to more rain and isolated heavy rain in the South. The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high are likely in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. All ships proceed with caution, and small boats in the Gulf of Thailand keep ashore during 23-28 November 2017.
