The strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand and the South. These areas are continuing to rain and isolated heavy rain in the South. The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high are likely in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. All ships proceed with caution, and small boats in the Gulf of Thailand keep ashore during 24-28 November 2017.
