During 27-30 Nov, the high pressure area cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea will weaken. Rise temperature by 1-3 C and morning fog while still cool is likely in upper hailand. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South. Abundant rain with isolated heavy rain are likely in the South. The modarte wind waves about 2 mertes hight is likely in the Gulf of Thailand.
