General Situation The low-pressure system over the coast of Malaysia will move slowly through the lower South and the Andaman Sea while the strong northeast monsoon across the Gulf lead to continuous rain and isolated torrential downpours much of the South. The wind waves 2-3 meters high are likely in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. All ships proceed with caution, and small boats in the Gulf of Thailand keep ashore during 29 Nov to 1 Dec. Residents in the Gulf beware of inshore surge.
The high-pressure over upper Thailand and the South China Sea begins weak. There remains cool weather with morning fog while a rise in temperature is expected. People stay safe and keep healthy.
