General Situation The low-pressure system over the coast of Malaysia moves slowly today passing through the lower South during and to the Andaman Sea by tomorrow. Outbreaks of continuous rain are likely with torrential rain much of the lower South. Residents should beware of possible flash flood and inshore surge. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in both seas of the South. All ships proceed with caution, and small boats in the Gulf of Thailand keep ashore. In the upper country, there remains cool spell with morning fog. People stay safe, keep healthy and drive vehicle carefully.

Another high-pressure system from middle China will cover the Northeast of Thailand by tomorrow. The temperature will decrease by 2-4 C in the area and the wind is expected strong with cool spells. All those will then cover the North, the Central including and its vicinity, and the East.

Southern Part (West Coast) Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated torrential rain

in Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.

Easterly winds 20-35 km/hr.
