General Situation The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand, and the low-pressure cell covers the coast of Malaysia. Another rather high pressure system over southern China is forecast to cover upper Thailand tomorrow. This will force cool to cold spells dropping by 2-3 C and strong winds.
