Weather Forecast: During 13-15 Dec, the high pressure covering upper Thailand, morning cool and fog with isolated rain. The weak northeast monsoon prevails the lower South, and causes the wind waves are likely 1-2 meters heigh in this areas.
During 16-19 Dec, another high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea with dropping in temperature by 4-6 C and strong winds. The northeast monsoon prevails the lower Gulf and the South will strengthen and causes more rain and isolated heavy rains in the lower South with the wind waves 2-3 meters high in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea.
Warning
During 16-19 Dec, People in the South (east coast) should beware of inshore surge. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand and Andaman Sea should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Gulf should keep ashore. People in upper Thailand should keep healthy.
