The strong high pressure area from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea will weaken. The strong northeast monsoon still prevails the lower Gulf and the South causes more rain and isolated heavy rains in the lower South with the wind waves 2-4 meters high in the Gulf during 22-25 Dec.
During 22-24 Dec, Tropical strom “KAI-TAK” covers the lower South China Sea. It will downgrade to tropical depression and move pass Malaysia. More rain and isolated heavy rains in the lower South. During 26-27 Dec, Tropical strom “TEMBIN” covers the South China Sea. It will downgrade and dekay over South Vietnam. Isolated rain is expected in the upper Thailand.

During 22-24 Dec, People in the lower South should beware of severe condition. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution, and small boats should keep ashore. People in the South (east coast) should beware of inshore surge until 25 Dec.
Northern Part During 22-24 Dec, upper part: cool to cold, lower part: cool.
During 25-28 Dec, rising in temperature by 2-4 C but cool to cold and fog in the morning.
During 26-28 Dec, isolated light rain.
