General Situation
The moderate high-pressure over upper Thailand leads to outbreaks of cool spells. The westerly trough from Myanmar will move to the upper North and Northeast with rain spells over the upper country.
Remnant rain reduced today in most parts of the upper country, except for the North. People should stay safe, keep healthy and beware of crops damage.
The strong northeast monsoon across the Gulf of Thailand becomes weaker with isolated heavy rain over the lower part. These heavy conditions are still cautious. The moderated winds force waves about 2 meters high in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution.
