The weak high pressure covers upper Thailand with cool spells and fog in the morning in the upper Thailand while the westerly trough from Myanmar move across the upper North of Thailand affecting rainfall over these areas. People should stay safe and keep healthy. All transports should beware of poor visibility.
The northeast monsoon across the Gulf of Thailand and the South is weakening with the wind waves about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution.
