General Situation The high-pressure system over upper Thailand is weakening. There remains cold spells dropping by 1-2 C with strong winds and the North. The mountaintops will see cold to very cold spells in the North and the Northeast. People should keep healthy.
The strong northeast monsoon across the Gulf of Thailand brings about isolated downpours in the lower South from Songkhla passing south with rough sea 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf. Residents along the Gulf’s shore should watch for inshore surge. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the lower Gulf keep ashore in the following day.
