General Situation The westerly winds at high level of upper air prevails across the upper North leading to cool to cold spells in the areas and isolated frost on mountaintops. The high-pressure system over the South China Sea and forces the moisture to accompany the easterly winds across the Northeast, the East and the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity. Outbreaks of thundershowers spells will be possible for those areas with more rains and heavy downpours in the South.
