During 25-28 Jan, the weak high pressure covers upper Thailand while the southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea to cover upper Thailand and the South. Isolated to scattered thundershowers are expected in the North, lower Northeast, the lower Central, the East including Bangkok and its vicinity with morning fog and isolated thick patches. During 29-31 Jan, another strong high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand and causes more rains are expected over upper Thailand with a decreased in temperature by 2-4 C in the Northeast.
Scattered thundershowers are likely in the South throughout the period. During 25-26 Jan, isolated heavy rains mostly in the lower portion.
Warning
All transports should take extra caution in areas of fog. Farmers in the lower north, the lower northeastern, the eastern and the lower central should be careful of the damage that may occur to agricultural produce.
