General Situation The strong high-pressure system cover the Northeast of Thailand with variable weather conditions. Outbreaks of thundershowers will be likely first in the Northeast and then the rest regions. A drop in temperature by 3-5 C and strong winds will follow and affect in those areas.
The northeast monsoon will get stronger over the Gulf forcing more rain and isolated heavy downpours in the Gulf. The wind waves in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea have 2-3 meters high during 31 January to 4 February.

Eastern Part Cooler dropping by 2-4 C with strong winds. Cloudy with scattered thundershowers mainly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri,

Southern Part (East Coast) Cloudy with isolated thundershowers mainly in Chumphon, Surat Thani,
Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla.

Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.
Southern Part (West Coast) Cloudy with isolated thundershowers mainly in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi.
