Weather Forecast During 30 Jan – 1 Feb, the strong high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. The westerly wind in the upper wind prevail covers the North. These cause variable weather is expected over upper Thailand while thundershowers and decrease in temperature by 1-3 C. During 2 – 5 Feb, another strong high pressure will extend to Thailand and causes cool to cold weather remains in the upper country. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will strengthen and causes strong wind waves 2-3 merters in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea.Warning During 30 Jan – 5 Feb, people and farmers in the upper country keep healty should be careful of the damage at first which may occur to agricultural produce. During 31 Jan – 5 Feb, all ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution, and small boats should keep ashore.
Northern Part During 30 Jan – 1 Feb, cool to cold with morning fog and 1-3 C drop in temperature.
Isolated thundershowers mostly in the lower part.

Cold to very cold on mountaintops, Minimum temperature 4-15 C. Westerly wind 10-30 km/hr.
During 2 – 5 Feb, light rains and cool to cold with strong winds, 3-5 C drop in temperature.

Northeastern Part During 30 Jan – 1 Feb, cool to cold and isolated thundershowers in the lower portion, 1-3 C drop in temperature.

From Nakhon Si Thammarat south ward: Northeasterly wind 20-40 km/hr.
