General Situation The strong high-pressure system from China extends to Thailand while the westerly wind in the upper wind prevails cover the North. These causes are cool to cold weather in the upper Thailand and 2-3 C drop in temperature with frost on the top of mountain in the North. The strong Northeasterly monsoon prevails over the South affect to isolated thundershowers. The winds and waves are likely with rough sea 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore. Inshore surges are still watched along the Gulf.
