During 8-11 Feb, the high pressure over Thailand is weakening and causes rising in temperature by 3-5C with morning fog and isolated thick patches and includes light rains. The northeast monsoon over the Gulf and the South becomes weaker and causes the weaker wind and waves over the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. During 12-14 Feb, the moderate high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand and causes a decrease in temperature by 2-4C over the upper country. The northeast monsoon will be stronger and causes more rain over the South with the wind and waves are likely about 2 meters in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea.
