Another rather strong high-pressure system extends to the Northeastern part of Thailand and the South China Sea, forecast it will extend to cover the East and the central today (12 February) while the westerly wind in the upper wind prevails cover the North. The Northeastern part is cooler and a decrease in temperature by 2-4 C. the other part in the upper Thailand remain cool to cold weather, morning fog and thick patches in some place with light rain are likely over the East, the lower Central, Bangkok and vicinity. People in upper Thailand should beware of poor visibility.
