General Situation
The high-pressure over upper Thailand and the South China Sea is weakening. Rising temperature by 1-3 C is likely in the Northeast, the East, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity with morning fog and thick patches in some area while cool to cold spells in the North and the Northeast. Cold to very cold on the mountaintops are likely in the North and the Northeast. All vehicles should beware of poor visibility.
The northeast monsoon prevail over the Gulf and the south is weakening. The weak winds and waves in the lower Gulf of Thailand is expected 1- 2 meters.
Tropical Depression “SANBA” over the west of Philippine. It is expected to move near the coast of Vietnam and then downgrade to low pressure cell during 16-17 Feb.
