During 15-17 Feb, the high pressure over Thailand is weakening. Increasing in temperature by 3-5 C with morning fog and isolated thick patches while cool to cold are likely in the North and the Northeast. The wind and waves over the Gulf and the Andaman Sea becomes weaker. During 18-21 Feb, easterly wind lies across Thailand causes more rain over the country with isolated heavy rain in the East and the South. The moderate wind waves are likely about 2 meters in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea.
Tropical depression “ SANBA” over the west of Philippine will move to the coastern areas of Veitnam and it is expected to downgrade to low pressure cell during 16-17 Feb.

During 15-17 Feb, all vehicles should beware of poor visibility. During 18 – 21 Feb, people in the East and the South should beware of heavy rains.
Northern Part During 15-17 Feb, cool with morning fog and a slightly change in temperature.
