General Situation The heat low pressure cell covers upper Thailand and cause hot weather occur in the North and the Central. The southerly and the southeasterly winds prevails across upper Thailand with the humidity from the Gulf and the South China Sea. The weak easterly winds still prevail over the Gulf of Thailand. Outbreaks of thundershowers are likely over mostly lower parts of the North, the western and the southern Northeast, the East, and the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity while the South gets isolated thundershowers.
