General Situation The westerly trough prevails over the North of Thailand and Laos with outbreaks of thundershowers and gusty winds remaining over the areas. The southerly and southeasterly wind prevails over the East, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity affect to these areas have thundershowers. The easterly winds weaken with less rain in the South.
During 5-7 April, the rather strong high-pressure system will extend to upper Thailand with summer storms. Outbreaks of thunderstorms and gusty winds.
People in upper country should beware of severe conditions, as well as possible flash flood. Keep off unsecured buildings and outdoor places. Farmers should watch for crop damage.
