General Situation The strong high-pressure system is weakening with a rise in temperature over upper Thailand.
The strong easterly winds prevail across the Gulf with thundershowers much of the South. Isolated heavy rains are also expected mostly along South east coast. The wind waves in the Gulf and the Andaman becomes strong with 2-3 meters high. All ships of both seas should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Gulf keep ashore in the following day.
