General Situation
The high pressure is covering upper Thailand and the South China Sea. While the pressure hitting very hot air, outbreaks of summer thunderstorms will be produced with thundershowers, thunderbolt, gusty winds and hails for some places of the North, the Northeast, the East, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity. People should keep off unsecured building and outdoor and farmers beware of crop damage.
During 17-19 April, the easterly winds prevail across the Gulf and the South will intensify with more rain in the South and moderate wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. The Gulf’s waves are about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
