General Situation The active low pressure over the upper Bay of Bengal near western coast of Myanmar move over the Myanmar. The southwest monsoon lies over the Andaman Sea. Outbreaks of thundershowers are forecast for the country while isolated heavy rains are possible in the western portion of the North and Central. People should beware of the severe conditions. The moderate wind waves in upper Andaman Sea are likely 2 meters high. All ships should procedure with caution.
