General Situation The active low pressure covers upper Laos and lead to torrential rain for the North and the Northeast.
The strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand with outbreaks of torrential rain for the East and the South. The rough sea will be likely 2-3 meters high in the upper portions of both Andaman Sea and Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore. Residents along the coast of the East and the western South should beware of inshore surge lasting 22 July.

Northern Part Cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated torrential rain in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai,
Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Lamphun, Lampang, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Tak,
Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit and Phetchabun.

Northeastern Part Very cloudy with widespread thundershowers. Torrential rain expected much of Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Yasothon, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum and Nakhon Ratchasima.

Southern Part (East Coast) Cloudy with scattered thundershowers
mostly in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.

Nakhon Si Thammarat northwards: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.
