During 23-25 Jul, tropical depression over the Gulf of Tokin trens to move to the south of China. Then this storm will downgrade to low pressure cell in the upper Vietnam and Laos. Thundershower with isolated heavy rain are likely in the North and the Northeast while isolated rain is forecast for the rest region. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea , Thailand and the Gulf and cause the moderate wind and wave over the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. During 26-29 Jul, the southwest monsoon will be stronger while monsoon trough lies across the Myanmar, the Laos and the upper Vietnam. These cause more rain with isolated heavy rain are expected in Thailand. The strong wind and wave are likely 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas.

During 26-29 Jul, People in the North, the Northeast and the East should beware of heavy rain and accumulated rainfall. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats should keep ashore.
