During 25-26 Jul, the low pressure cell over the upper Vietnam and Laos. Thundershower with isolated heavy rain are likely in the North and the Northeast while isolated rain is forecast for the rest region. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea , Thailand and the Gulf and cause less rain with the moderate wind and wave over the Andaman Sea about 2 meters. During 27-31 Jul, the monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, Laos and upper Vietnam while the southwest monsoon will be stronger. These cause more rain with isolated heavy rain are expected in Thailand. The strong wind and wave are likely 2-3 meters in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. Above 3 meters are likely in thundershower areas.

During 27-31 Jul, People in the North, the Northeast and the East should beware of heavy rain and accumulated rainfall. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats should keep ashore.
