General Situation
The active low-pressure cell covers southern China over the upper parts of Laos. The Northeast and the North are forecast rainfall more than other parts with isolated heavy rain. Still, watch for a flash flood.
The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. Wind wave in upper Andaman sea about 2 meters high while thundershowers lead the wave up to more than 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
During 27-30 Jul, the moderate southwest monsoon will be stronger. The strong wind and wave are likely 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats should keep ashore.

in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan and Tak.
