During 27 Jul – 1 Aug the monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, Laos and upper Vietnam while the southwest monsoon will be stronger. These cause more rain with isolated heavy rain are expected in Thailand. The strong wind and wave are likely 2-3 meters in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. Above 3 meters are likely in thundershower areas.

During 27-31 Jul, People in the North, the Northeast and the East should beware of heavy rain and accumulated rainfall. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats should keep ashore.
