General Situation The low pressure covers Tonkin Bay and upper Vietnam while the stronger southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Outbreaks of abundance rain and isolated heavy downpour are forecast for the Northeast, the North, the Central, the East and the South. Still, watch for a flash flood in risk areas due to the severe conditions.
The strong wind and waves are likely 2-4 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea and 2-3 meters high in the upper Gulf.
All ships should proceed with caution and small boats should keep ashore.

Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Si Sa Ket, Surin, Buri Ram and Nakhon Ratchasima.

in Ratchaburi and Kanchanaburi.

Surat Thani northwards: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.
