General Situation The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, and upper Laos to the low-pressure over upper Vietnam. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, and the Gulf of Thailand. Continuous rain will be likely over the upper country while isolated heavy rain is forecast for the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. Flash floods and landslides are possible for the risk areas in the upper parts of North and Northeast. People should beware of the severe condition.
The Andaman Sea is likely about 2 meters high but above 2 meters high in thundershower areas, and the upper Gulf has 1-2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
