General Situation
Tropical storm \"BARIJAT\" over the east of Hainan, China move to Hainan, China by today (13 September), then becomes the low pressure cell. This will cause the strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. The monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast. Isolated heavy downpour will be likely over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. For other regions, the rainfall is reduced.
The strong wind-waves in the Andaman Sea is likely 2-3 meters and the upper Gulf about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore until 18 September.

Northern Part Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain
in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Lamphun, Lampang, Sukhothai, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit and Phetchabun.

Northeastern Part Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Loei, Nong Khai,
Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Kalasin,
Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima,
Surin, Buri Ram, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Central Part Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain
in Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Sing Buri, Ang Thong and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.

Eastern Part Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and many heavy rain in Nakhon Nayok,
Chachoengsao, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.
Southern Part (East Coast) Cloudy with scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan,
Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.
