General Situation The strong southwest monsoon across the Andaman Sea, and the Gulf while tropical storm MANGKHUT locates over southern China closer to the upper part of Vietnam.

All people should watch for the severe conditions that could cause a possible flash flood, the overflow of rivers. In the south, the stronger wind lead to the rough sea 2-4 meters high in the Andaman Sea and 2-3 meters high in the upper Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore lasting 20 September.
