General Situation The active low pressure covers the Bay of Bengal and the strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea,
and the Gulf. Outbreaks of continuous rain will be likely over the western portion of the country. All people should watch for the severe conditions that could cause a possible flash flood, the overflow of rivers.
The stronger wind lead to the rough sea 2-4 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea and about 2 meters high in the upper Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman sea keep ashore 1 a day.
