During 19 - 20 Sep, the active low pressure covers the Bay of Bengal and forecast this low pressure will move to India while the strong southwest monsoon prevailing across the upper Andaman Sea. Isolated heavy rain are forecast for the Central, the East and the South. The strong wind and wave are likely 2-4 meters in the upper Andaman Sea. The southeasterly winds prevail the Northeast and the North cause the North and the Northeast are decreasing rain. During 21 - 25 Sep, the monsoon trough will lie across the lower North, the Central and the East while the southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand is weaken. Thundershowers with isolated heavy rain remain over the country while less rain is likely over the upper North and the Northeast.
