General Situation The active low pressure covers the Bay of Bengal moving near the coast of India, and the moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand while the southeasterly wind prevails over the East and the lower Northeast. Outbreaks of continuous rain will be likely over the western portion of the country. All people should watch for the severe conditions that could cause a possible flash flood and the overflow of rivers.
The moderate wind leads to the rough sea 2-3 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea and about 2 meters high in the upper Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman sea keep ashore.
