During 26 - 27 Sep, the southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea , Thailand and the Gulf is weakening. Less rain is likely over Thailand. During 28 Sep – 2 Oct, the high pressure area from China covers Vietnam, Laos, the upper North and the Northeast of Thailand. The monsoon trough lies across the Central and the East. More rain with isolated heavy rain and gusty winds are likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South including Bangkok Metropolis and Vicinity.
Typhoon “Trami” overs Pacific Ocean. It is forecast to move near Taiwan during 28-29 Sep then change direction and move to Japan on 30 Sep. All travelers should stay tuned for the weather update. The storm does not have a significant impact on Thailand.
