General Situation The high pressure covers upper Laos while the low pressure covers Vietnam. The southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rain with isolated heavy rain and gusty wind are likely over the upper North and the upper Northeast while isolated thundershowers remains over the rest regions. People in the upper North and the upper Northeast should beware pf severe weather conditions.
Typhoon “TRAMI” is forecast to move near Taiwan during 28-29 September and move to Japan by 30 September. All travelers should stay tuned for the weather updated. The storm does not have a significant impact on Thailand.
During 28 September to 1 October, the high pressure will cover upper Thailand while the monsoon trough will lie across
the Central and the East with the Southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rain with isolated heavy downpour and gusty winds will be likely over the country.
