General Situation The monsoon trough across the South to low pressure cell in the lower Gulf. A reduction of rainfall will be likely in the upper country while abundant rain covers the South with possible isolated heavy to very heavy rains. People in the South should beware of the severe weather conditions that cause flash flood and the overflow of river.
Typhoon “KONG-REY” over the Pacific Ocean is expected to move to southern Japan and Korea Peninsula during 5-7 October.
