General Situation The weak high-pressure covers the North, the Northeast, and the South China Sea. There remain the easterly winds bringing the moisture from the South China Sea to the Central, the East, and the South while the monsoon trough prevails across the lower South. An outbreaks of continuous rain will be likely in the East, the lower Central and the South while heavy downpours is forecast for some areas of the South. People in the South should beware of the severe weather conditions that cause a flash flood and the overflow of rivers.
Another moderate high-pressure covers middle China. During 10-14 October, it is expected to reach the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. There remains the moisture covering the Central, the East, and the South. A decrease in temperature by 1-3 C with strong winds will be expected in the Northeast while outbreaks of continuous rain remains.

Southern Part (East Coast) Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain
in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.
