General Situation Another moderate high-pressure from China extends to cover upper Laos, Vietnam and the South China Sea while the easterly winds bringing the moisture from the South China Sea to the Central, the East, and the South. The monsoon trough prevails across the lower South. Heavy downpours is forecast for some areas of the East, the South including Bangkok and its vicinity. People in the mentioned areas should beware of the severe weather conditions that cause a flash flood and the overflow of rivers.
Tropical Cyclone TITLI over the Bay of Bengal is expected to move to the eastern coast of India and Bangladesh during 11-13 Oct 2018. Travelers should stay tuned for the weather update.
