General Situation The rather strong high-pressure from China covers upper Laos. It is expected to cover the North and the Northeast by today (11 October 2018). The easterly winds bringing the moisture from the South China Sea to the South while the monsoon trough prevails across Malaysia. Less rain is forecast for the South.
