During 23-24 Oct, the high pressure from China cover over the upper North and the upper Northeast while southerly and southeasterly wind prevail over the North and the South. Less rains in the Northeast, the Central, and eastern coast of the South. Thundershowers and isolated heavy rain are likely over the western North and western coast of the South.
